In a strategic move to bolster national construction collaboration, Sumou Real Estate, led by CEO A. Jarallah bin Mohammed Al-Umra, has contracted Salem Balhamer General Contracting Co., Ltd., represented by CEO Eng. Ahmed Bin Haron, for the construction of the “Alaali” project in Dammam. This significant undertaking encompasses the superstructural and electrical works for 23 residential buildings, totaling 72,923.95 square meters and featuring 621 modern housing units designed to cater to diverse family needs.
